Jack Foll

We would like to introduce a new member of the team, Jack Foll, who has joined us as our Mechanical Design Engineer

Jack graduated from Loughborough University with a 2:1 Honours degree in Manufacturing Engineering and will be bringing his skills to bear in the company in the design, improvement and development of all of our Geotechnical Equipment. His abundant enthusiasm and fresh concepts knows no bounds and he is already fully immersed in improving and re-engineering our geotechnical capabilities.

Jack’s role is to work across the company so not only will he develop his own Engineering design activities, he is also hands on at sea with our operational activities as well working closely with the MD, experiencing many of the every day tasks of running of the business.

Jack’s dissertation in his final year at Loughborough was to design a Haptic Robotic Manipulation Glove for human-robotic collaborative tasks in manufacturing assembly lines, which he completed with First-Class Honours ( despite being hit by the first impacts of COVID) and we are all expecting him to find a way of incorporating that into our equipment at some point!
