Extractive Industry Geology Conference
Recently, our Marine Geologist, Rory Bardner, attended the Extractive Industry Geology Conference in Hull. This biennial event is a key platform for professionals in the geology and extractive industries to share research, discuss industry trends, and network with peers.
'I had a great time catching up with clients and attending some very interesting lectures and exciting social events. Particular thanks to Amy Claire Stewart for demonstrating just how susceptible marine resources are to underwater currents, and Andrew Bellamy for an insightful overview on the origins of UK marine aggregates - it was great to see some of our cores being presented!'
